- We generally have 98% of all items in stock at any given time. This allows us to process your order faster and lowers shipping cost. Most of our items ship from our main warehouse in Florida. Shipping times generally range from 3-5 business days after we have verified your charge and funds clear our bank. This usually take 24-48 hours and also help us keep cost down by preventing credit card fraud and chargeback’s. See UPS Delivery Map Below
- Privacy & Security
- We take security very serious! In today’s environment of identity theft and fake online stores, we understand your safety is paramount and we strive to insure your safety and privacy. Currently we do not store any Credit Card numbers and all orders are processed via PayPal's secure merchant gateway. We will NEVER sell your information or add you to a SPAM list for e-mails. We do offer a newsletter that comes out once a month and sometimes send emergency notices to our customers. An example would be if a reported stalker is on the loose in your area or we have learned of child abduction. This only helps the community as a whole to stay safe.
- Returns & Replacements
- Any returns require an RMA number first! You must call us and ask for an RMA before sending any merchandise back. Due to the nature of these products we DO NOT accept return of opened or used merchandise UNLESS it is defective. If it is defective we will gladly replace that item at no charge to you. If you have an item that you have not opened and wish to return there is a 20% restocking fee. The reason for this is two-fold: it helps keep our cost low and pass the saving to our customers and prevents abuse of our store from fraudulent activities. It is the customers responsibility to know both the state, county and city regulations on the use of Pepper Spray, Stun Guns and Tasers. If you have question you can also see our page on laws by city and state - we take no responsibility in the accuracy of this information, nor will we waive the restocking fee if the product is restricted or becomes restricted in your location. We try our best to avoid this, but we can not keep up with every regulations by city, county and state - especially when they change so often.
- Ordering
- Orders from our store can be made by both online and off-line means. If you feel safer ordering by snail mail please do so - either by check or money order. Please allow an extra ten days for checks to clear. We do keep track of orders if you create an account. This allows the customer access to their purchases at anytime and makes checking out easier and faster on all subsequent purchases.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We currently take payments via any credit card via PayPal merchant gateway, check or money order. We generally offer pricing that is 15% lower than the competition on higher quality products. This is due to our use of Open Source software and viral marketing. We do not have to pay for costly software like Shopping Carts, Microsoft Office Products or Accounting Systems. We generally offer promotion every month and sometimes have extra special savings if we get a good deal when purchasing in an oversized bulk order. We always like to pass the savings on for increased sales and better pricing for our customers. We will also send promotions based on special events or national holiday - like a RAINN charity event or Christmas holiday. Our products make great stocking stuffers and presents for your loved ones!
- Viewing Orders
- If you create an account either during the order process or before ordering by registering you can always keep track of your order via an extremely easy to use and robust backend system. If for some reason you do not want to create an account you will also receive all you order information via e-mail so you can keep track of your orders. We send transactional email for all orders placed that include confirmed order, order information, shipping notification with tracking number and thank you notice for a competed delivered sale. Generally we ship via UPS ground for free on order over $50.00 or at our Flat-Rate of $6.95 per order. Another way our customer can feel secure during their online shopping experience and also stay update on where your order is in transit.
- Updating Account Information
- If you created an account you can verify, change an update your information at anytime. You can also decide if you would like to accept or reject promotions and newsletters at anytime. We do not lock you into anything and allow you the flexibility to always keep track of your information via our online store.
