I had purchased pepper spray from another online store to find it was faulty when I received it in the mail. They made me jump through hoops trying to get it returned - I finally gave up on them (Safety Gear HQ).
I tried Stinger Defense based on the recommendation from a friend about the service and specials they have on stun guns and pepper sprays. I called and spoke with Shelly - she was great. She helped pick what I was looking for and had it ordered for me. I told her what happened at the other online shop with the pepper spray - she apologized for them and sent me a free pepper spray with my purchase - that has to be the best service I have ever seen and way beyond what is expected from anyone or any business.
